Stretching Exercises – The stretching of the calf muscles after a short warm up is very helpful in treating the heel spurs. These exercises must be performed twice in a day, to see the desired results.

Physical Therapy And Massage therapy – These two are very simple and beneficial methods for treating the heel spurs. Massage the affected part with olive oil or with some other herbal oil or cream.
